exchange calendar/diary

Hi

Our exchange server/outlook will not let people see other peoples diaries after a certain date. This seem to be about a couple of months ahead of the current date.

It works fine in our test lab but in our main office everyone seems to have the problem. There are no pointers in the event logs on the server so is this a feature or a bug? Any suggestons welcome.
