Exchange Brick level no backing up

Hi All

I am trying to backup Exchange 2003 brick level and i get an incomplete backup with over 400 mailboxes not being backed up i get the following error:

AW9621 02/03/2007 15:30:03 5698 52 Failed to back up 409 mailboxes.

When i check the bab Exchange agent log i find the following errors:

<03/02/2007-15:04:09 TID:1d8c>[MAPISIS INFO]+++++++++++++++About to backup Jo, Bloggs mailbox +++++++++++++++
<03/02/2007-15:04:10 TID:0b2c>[MAPISIS WARNING] OpenProperty for PR_RTF_COMPRESSED return MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

Thanks for the Advice Davidmichel.
We recently changed our Exchange box, as we had some issues.
The previous Exchange box was using BAB Agent 11.5 sp1 and it was working fine. These errors only started to show when we rebuilt the server. The current agent installed is 11.5 sp1.

Where will i find the FAQ - Sorry i am new to all this.

We recently re-built our Exchange Server due to some issues.
And i forgot to install the Exchange agent. After configuring this all is working fine.
