Exchange backup using Arcserve 2000

Hi,

I am now under the situations that.

1. Exchange 5.5 install on Win2000 server (all with latest pathes)
2. Arcserve 2000 server on another Win2000 server (arcserve 2000 install SP4 and Win2000 install SP3)
3. Want to use arcserve backup agent for MSexchange to backup exchange data
4. I have created dbagent with all needed privileges(logon locally, logon as service, exchange admin, backup operator, administrator)
5. I can login with this account by using outlook.
6. Now I want to configure Arcserve 2000 exchange backup agent
7. I login using dbagent on Arcserve 2000 server.
8. When I configure exchange backup agent, it returns
"Failed to read exchange server name from registry"

What can I do under this situation?
Will anyone give me some helpful hints.....?
