Exchange Backup-Outlook 10 Message Manager is a corrupt file?

I can't seem to find out what it is and how to get rid of this. I shows up in one of our mailboxes as a corrupt file on our Exchange Backup- We are using Veritas V9.0.

I have this as well, I'm suspicous of it, it's looking at me funny, I think it knows secrets about me.

looking forward to finding an answer on this one.
