Exchange backup directory errors

Just upgraded to 8.6 from a perfectly working 7.2 and now get the following errors:

Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Internet Mail Service (mail) [connections/cn=internet mail connector (mail)]?Bad and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Internet Mail Service (mail) [connections/cn=internet mail connector (mail)]?Deferred Action and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Internet Mail Service (mail) [connections/cn=internet mail connector (mail)]?MTS-IN and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Internet Mail Service (mail) [connections/cn=internet mail connector (mail)]?MTS-OUT and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Internet Mail Service (mail) [connections/cn=internet mail connector (mail)]?Spooler Queue and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Internet Mail Service (mail) [connections/cn=internet mail connector (mail)]?Top of Personal Folders and its subdirectories.
Directory not found. Can not backup directory ?Microsoft Schedule+ Free/Busy Connector (mail) [adminsch] and its subdirectories.

I'm backing up all mailboxes - used to back em all up in 7.3, now I've upgraded I've started getting these errors.

Don't backup these mailboxes. They are system mailboxes that don't need to be backed up.
