My exchange store is over 30 gigs, now the reason for this is our sales people send out media kits 1-5mb files to every potential client every day. I need to find a way to retain and allow access through the original message without losing the attachments. I have seen something before that took and archived the files on port 80 then just added a link to the message and deleted the file from the attachments. I cannot find this solution though. Any ideas? anything free out there?
