Exchange application do you use to get a size listing of mailboxes?

You can do it with Exchange itself.
Open up Microsoft Exchange Administrator, then navigate to your domain, expand the Configuration tree, click on servers, then select the server that holds the mailboxes, then click Private Information, and select Mailbox Resources.
