Exchange and Sophos Pure Message

I hope this is the correct forum.

We use Sophos pure message which works well except for Spam which is say:-

"The good and bad followed by a hyperlink.

OK I can put the phrase into the filter but tomorrow there phrase will change. Is there any tweek to make to Pure Message to stop this?

I use all sophos products in our enterprise, and to my knowledge no. The only thing you can really do is set the phrase or block the email domain. Puremessage has some good settings but as far as i know its not that far evolved. I would recommend pulling out you sohos license and call tech support and talk to one of those guys. Ive called them numerous times and they have always gotten me fixed and had an answer. Its 888-SOPHOS9 (1-888-767-4679) and just do the tech support option.
