exchange and outlook email forwarding

is it possible to forward emails in exchange? i know its possible with outlook, which would be the best method? i want to be able to keep the mail on the server but redirect the email to an external address as well, is this possible? any help would be appreciated.

Yes your exchange administrator can setup a custom recipient for any email address and have your domain account and custom recipient both receive the emails. Talk to your exchange guru.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
