Exchange and outlook address bookx

When we open outlook and got to send an e-mail, it shows the global address book, but not the outlook address book.
The only way this shows up is when you go in to control pannel and add the outlook address book manually. This will work ok till you log on to another PC and then the settings have gone. We wont to gain access to this from any pc we log on to. settings below

\sysvol\outlook\newprof.exe -P
\sysvol\outlook\custom.prf -X -R
