Exchange and AD move

Greetings,

I have a windows 2003 R3 AD with exchange 2003. This server barely is running due to flooding we had a few days ago. I have purchased a new server (server 2003 with exchange 2003)and I would like to move all user accounts and mailboxes to the new server. What would the steps be for a succesful move?

Any hints?
