Exchange Agent: No Account Information EC1314 1

hi folks...

we're running an exchange 2000 server and perform the backup with arc serve.
yesterday the backup job crashed. it was not possible to reconfigure or simply restart the job.
so i thought, i just can reinstall the backup agent onto the exchange server.
the installation is no problem, but when i configure the account then i'll get error code 1314, no information about the account!
who can help me out here?

Give permission for the Exchange user to get it goin as per the Doc......
