Exchange Agent for windows nt

I wanted to see if we had installed the Exchange Agent for Windows NT. I went to help to check my version of back up exec and I did see the serial number for exchange agent for windows nt and agent accelorator. Does that mean they are installed? I was never able to restore mailboxes so it may not be installed. THanks.

Go onto your Exchange Server and check the services.
You should see a service running called:
Backup Exec Remote Agent for WinNT/2000

If this is running, then the agent is installed.

Thanks.. I don't see the service so I will have to install it. I am upgrading from Backup Exec 8.0 to 8.5. Is this difficult?

No..it is relatively simple..it should be an easy step by step, and it should keep all configurations.
