HELP!!
We have Arcserve 6.6 WE with the Exchange agent for Exchange 5.5. This setup has been fine now for a couple of years but over the last couple of weeks the Exchange agent has not been backingup the brick level.
When I have investigated the Agent reports E8061 Failed to connect agent. EC=85 Invalid User ID or Password. The thing is nothing has changed.
WHen I then try to reconfigure the Exchange agent I get an ERROR: StartService() return[4] error. When I look at the event log it states that the Exchange Verification service could not run because a file was missing.
I reinstalled the whole of Arcserve and the Agent but I still get the same problem.
Any ideas?
