Exchange Agent Authenticate Problem

Before I make the long painful call to CA, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion to my problem.
I trying to run the the 30 Trial for Brightstor 9 Exchange Agent, but keep getting an "Failed to Authenticate the DOMAIN\exchange account" Does this mean the 30 trail period was used at one point?????

I'm this is running on a win2k server sp 4 w/exchange 5.5

Hi,

What are you logged in as on the Exchange server?
Is the Exchange server a member server ?

if yes, log in locally to the machine and try running the config again..

I found you sometimes need to log into the server with the same account you are using for the exchange agent before configuring it.
