Exchange Agent & Client Agent for Windows 2000

Hi again... - Arcserve 2000 sp3+

I have an exchange box that has the Exchange agent configured and working properly. The server is taking too long to backup, so I would like to add the Windows 2000 agent as well. When I backup through the windows agent, I get a TON of AW0004 RC=5 access is denied errors for files in these directories:

\applications\workflow
\mbx
\public folders

I am using the same logon and password both ways. I do not get these errors when I do not back up through the windows 2000 agent. This doesn't make me very comfortable that these two agents play well together.

Any ideas?

Do not backup your Information store or the brick level thur arcserve client agent. To increase the thruput on the server stop the AV.
