You'd have to be a little more specific as to the platform, service pack, etc. Perflib errors mean nothing unless you are taking performance measurements on Exchange. I would make sure that you are fully updated - especially with service packs to the opsys and Exchange. Also make sure that the user that is logged in has Service Account Admin priviliges at the Site, Organization and Configuration levels of the Exchange Site. If anything, try the all-fixing reboot!!
