I created a public folder and within their i have a Directory with every user in the organization. The problem is when we get a new employee his/her information is added into the AD and then once again added to the Directory in the public folder. I am pretty sure that their is a way to automate this process that once a users information is entered at the AD, the infomation will be automatically added to the company Directory. Please help if you have any ideas. thank you.
