I have a remote user who's e-mail account (Outlook 2000 on an Echange 5.5 server) is having some sort of mental breakdown. (Which is now causing me to have one, too) The problem seems to have started when the server crashed due to a blown fuse. (She's the only one having this problem) She started getting duplicated e-mails, which we then deleted off of the server. She then started to have duplicates pop into her inbox, and replace the pre-existing opened e-mail with fresh, unread copies. I archived her mail, calender, etc. and blew up her mailbox, and created a new one from scratch (same profile name). The problem was not specific to her machine, as I could see it when I accessed her account on my machine. The rebuild of her mailbox didn't fix the problem, and now e-mail is diappearing from her inbox. Anyone have any ideas (I've already thought about exorcism...), I'm out.
Thanks in advance,
