Exchange 5.5 to 2000 Migration

I'm trying to migrate an exchange 5.5 server to a exchange 2000 server. I've found plenty of information about how to use the migration wizard to do this from one server to another, however that does not help me. I only have one server. It is a dual boot, one partition has win2000 and exchange 2000 and the other has NT4 and exchange 5.5. I want to migrate the data from the exchange 5.5 partition to the other one. Is there any way of doing this without adding another exchange server?

Exmerge it to pst or do an in-place upgrade. Dan
