Exchange 5.5 SP4 OWA

Ever since we were infected by the Nimda virus OWA is inaccessible. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled OWA, nothing. Other than completely reloading NT4.0 and Exchange 5.5 any suggestions on what I can do. HELP
