Is there some configuration that does not allow an user to reply, forward, or check name from the Outlook Web Access? I can send a new message, but just can not reply or forward. You can click the reply or forward button which bring up a message body. After you have completed you message and wish to send, you click on the send button (which does not recess to show clicking action) does nothing. The message just sits on the screen. You don't get any type of message.
