Hello,
We have installed an Exchange 5.5 server(English) on an English operating system(Windows 2000), and we are having problems with some Japanese encoding.
When people try to send from some machines, the Japanese becomes garbled and doesnt show up properly. It seems as though the encoding doesn't work 100%, yet the Japanese language pack and everyhing else is installed and working.
The other thing is Outlook Web Access - when you log in with a Japanese machine(IE, Japanese is set in the languages section of Internet Explorer), it displays a white screen and doesn't log in properly. Then even if you do manage to log in(rare), it doesnt encode Japanese at all. Sending in Japanese causes a lot of problems.
What could possibly be going on here?
I would really appreciate any help or suggestions.
Warm Regards
