Exchange 5.5 IS & DS recovery

Hi Guys

I need help with an exchange recovery. The server is now off line and used to be our old PDC with Exchange 5.5. We have moved to a new Exchange 5.5 server, which works great. My problem is that I'm trying to do a brick level recovery on my old server by recovering IS and DS information stores from the last backup of that old server. The backup is now complete, but when I run the ISINTEG -PRI -test mailbox, message, folder and ISINTEG -PUB -test mailbox, message It comes back with this error msg "JET ERROR JET_err Database Inconsistent while opening the IS Databases"

I was wondering how I would bring the database to a consistent state
