Exchange 5.5 - How to Move mailboxes from one container to another??

I have Exchange v5.5 and when I started at this company, someone had created 2 different recipients containers. The default Recipients folder has approx 40 Mailboxes in it. The other container that is off of that container has about 15 mailboxes in it and I want them all in the same Default container. How do I move them without having to manually move the mail to a PST file and recreating each mailbox? Is this possible? Any help would be great!
