Exchange 5.5. fail's

My Backup server is Backup exec 8.5 on Win 2000 and is backing up an Exchange 5.5 box. I schedule the backup of two exchange box's every night. Only one box back's up the other returns with an error:

Cannot attach to \\servername\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes
Device cannot be found

This happens every night, but sometimes the server does attach and backup both server's. I also have no problem forcing a manual backup every morning? Help desprate.

Damnpc,
I use to have that problem also and I was able to get rid of it by reloading the remote agent and the exchange agent back to the system.
