Exchange 5.5 Brick Level

Just installed a new Exchange 5.5 server and joined it to the exsisting organization. Have moved a few mailboxes to the new exchange server to test and everything works fine. My problem is, when I try to backup brick level, Arcserve (SP3) does not see the new server mailboxes on the new server, it only sees the orginal servers mailboxes. How do I get Arcserve to backup the new exchange mailboxes?
