Exchange 5.5 autoreply

At our building we have an exchange 5.5 server in a windows 2000 enviroment.

We have an autoreply function, but this one is only working in the building (people from the address book). How can I enable this one for customers and people who send an email outside the buidling.

Please send an answer, it's very urgent.

On your IMS, go to the Internet Mail tab and click Advanced Options. Remove the check from "Disable Automatic Replies to the Internet".
