Exchange 5.5 and two firewalls/ISPs

I have one e-mail server running on Win2000 server domain with two outside firewalls. I currently have my remote offices pointing (host file on pc)their Outlook clients to one firewall's IP that is then natted to the exchange's LAN IP.
I want to be able to have the remote clients change temporarily to my other outside firewall (on another ISP )
and get the e-mail server (which is natted)
Any ideas?

Change the hosts file to point to the other public IP...
