Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2003 Mixed Mode [Migration]

Good evening all,

I started by migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 and i have hit a snap in that I have about 5 Sites in an Exchange Organisation and in Head Office I have installed Exchange 2003 which i have migrated only one wing of the organisation namely Finance and IS but Operations, Commercial and the rest are still on the Exchange 5.5. [SITE A]

On the second Site i migrated everyone and uninstalled the Exchange 5.5 program. Now i am having problems in that the users on the mail site i.e. SITE A where IMS is hosted who are on Exchange 5.5 cannot see anyone who is on SITE B Exchange 2003, but the SITE B users can see the users on the Exchange 5.5 on SITE A.

The rest of the sites can be seen by all the parties and as such no problems. i am requesting what should i do to get this problem fixed. I urgently need a reply otherwise i will have to move everyone on SITE A to the Exchange 2003 which at the moment i lack the resources. Please kindly assist.

What mode are you running on domain (mixed or native, I would assume mixed)...
Check AD/SMTP-connectors and after migration do not forget to send email to new mailboxes and back in order for them to populate...

I am running Mixed Mode. I have checked by RGC Connectors since i cannot use the SMTP COnnectors and they are working fine because 2003 and 2003 on different sites but same Organisation works well except for 2003 and 5.5 on different sites where users in 5.5 cannot see yours in 2003 of the different sites.
