As you may know ccMail is dead and no longer supported by Lotus. I am with a large organization that is considering moving to Exchange. We have Exchange 5.5 internally, but to send and receive email to the outside of the company, over the Internet, we have to setup Exchange's "Internet Mail Service Connector" which requires DNS. Our DNS is handled by a Novell 4.11 server. CCMail already handles the domain name and ip matchup listed in the domain's MX and A records--registered for the Internet. Is there a way to test Exchange server using the same registered domain name as ccmail without interfering with the existing ccmail setup? Thanks for your help.

Yep
Use the routing tab on the IMS make sure you select reroute smtp mail and you need to add your domain and select inbound. You need also to resolve the exchange server internally set a mail box up and forward/alias from ccMail.
