Exchange 5.5 & ADSL issues

Are the any pitfalls, problems or anything else I should be aware of in attempting to configure an Exchange 5.5 server Internet Mail connector to send and receive mail via an ADSL line? Bear in mind the Exchange server is part of Back Office Server 4.5.

Thanks in advance for any help!
