Exchange 5.5 agent error

I installed Brightstor 9 on my Backup server and exchange server (2 separate servers). On the backup server when I attempt to expand the exchange database the server freezes until I say ok to an error on the exchange server. After I say ok the backup server says that the exchange agent doesn’t exist.

The error on the exchange server reads as follows.
DBASVR.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point __lc_collate_cp could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.dll

The backup server is a Win2k SP3 server that has Brightstor v9 CP2 installed. The exchange server is a NT4.0 SP6 server running exchange 5.5 sp4 (I think) Brightstor exchange agent cp2.

Any help will be appreciated.

I am getting the same "entry point error" and reference to MSVCRT.dll. Did you ever get this resolved? Please share!
