Exchange 2013 deployment

We are in the process of deploying exchange 2013 to phase out an old 2007. I've spent quite a bit of time discovering and preparing the install. However, I have one questions that I can't seem to find a correct answer. I am using a trusted CA on my existing 2007. At what point do I need to export and import this CA onto the new 2013 without causing any issues?

You probably need to rekey that certificate to add the new server to the list of SANs in the cert. Then add it as soon as you are able.
