I have 2 x exchange 2010 servers, MBX on one CAS and Hub on other and A sharepoint 2010 Drop off library.
The idea is for our external suppliers to be able to email address on mailbox which is then forwared to a Distribution group which contains a contact for Sharepoint Library.
Once in the library the suppliers "from address" is checked and email is then processed.
Problem is the email is ending up in the Library with a from address of the Distribution group and that forwards it to contact, so then it not processed.
When i grab a copy of the email that is placed in the drop folder in sharepoint it has following changed
x-sender: edi.invoices@xx.xx.xx
Resent-From: edi.invoices@xx.xx.xx
If i send email to my account the from address is of external address.
Not sure how to troubleshoot or fix this, any assistance would gratefully be received.
