Exchange 2010 step by step install guide

Had a bit of spare time today so Vm`d up a 2008 r2 box and installed 2010 on it.

Documented it as i went on so thought id share, may be useful to beginners. If anyone spots a prob then let me know

Nothing in there about the filter pack and its related config (other than the warnings), and the setting of services and startup settings correctly. There's also nothing about post setup configuration. Nothing about update rollups, either. Here are some things that might help.
