Hi,
Could really do with some urgent help

Recent migration EX2003 to 2010 (legacy 2003 box to be removed soon)

All OK apart from

Two MFD's where people send scans to their exchange mailbox using their own email address (the email that they receive comes from themselves)

Any messages from these two devices are automatically marked as spam even though they have an SCL 0

All the research seems to point to Outlook Junk Mail filtering, however with Outlook closed and accessing OWA i still see the messages going into the users junk folder....

Help, please !!!

Get-mailbox username | set-mailbox -antispambypassenabled $true

or

Get-mailbox username | set-mailbox -SCLJunkEnabled $false

The first one opts that user out of all Exchange-based anti-spam filters (excluding sender filtering).

The second disables the client/server-side junkmail filtering option.
