Exchange 2010-Multiple Domains Problem

Hi @ all.

In my organization i have 2 exchange servers which each one corresponds to 2 different company's(and domains).

I have successfully implement multiple domains on the first one configuring all the necessary staffs (etc accepted domains, email address policies) but for some reason i can not make it work on my other exchange.

I have double checked the implementation and it is exactly the same as the other exchange.
The only different between the servers is that the one who has the working multiple domains has been migrated from a 2003 environment.

Any ideas what it could be the reason for that?
