exchange 2010 log files deleted. cannot restore

Hi all someone has deleted the log files from out esxchange 2010 server and now the dayabase will not mount.

I cannot restore the log files.

When I try to remount the database I get the following failure message:

is there any way I can remount the database?

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.
