Exchange 2010 and Merlin Messaging Syncronization

Has any one set up Merlin Messaging 3.0 Unified Messaging syncronization with Exchange Server 2010? Do you know of someone that has successfully accomplished this?
Please get back to me with any information that you might have. I have a customer that wants to upgrade to Exchange 2010 and also wants his Magix System Merlin Messaging 3.0 to integrate with it.

If you are asking if it is supported by Avaya then the answer is probably no since the merlin went end of sale years ago. However it still may work. Are they on exchange 2007 now?

Use system monitor unless of course you are a Tard then it IS the fault of the pbx.

I know that Avaya no longer supports the product. My problem is a customer upgraded to Microsoft Exchange 2010 with out checking and now has the problem that he can not get Merling Messaging R3 to connect with or syncronized with the Exchange 2010. They were on Exchange server 2003 and the Merlin Messaging R3 was working with it for quite a few years. Do not bother to ask me why a customer would get into this situation because I do not know. I do know that I need to address the problem and solve it if it is possible to find a solution.

Upgrades recommended by Microsoft are usually better than it's predecessor. I'm not being cynical, it usually is! Having said that, it makes sense that MerMSG UM may have to be abandonded as it only works flawlessly with earlier levels of Exchange.

The UM parts of Merlin are what's really killing it in the long-run...not what it's capable of on the PBX side. It bums me out, but it is what it is.

Integrated Messaging last worked with Exchange 2003 - up to a June 2006 update from Microsoft. As far as I know it NEVER worked correctly with any later release of Exchange. So if you still have Exchange 2003 and can roll it back to prior to the June 2006 update - it should work.
