I have a sub domain @fax.companyname.com and I have created MX records and A record for this name to resolve my mail server. I am setting this up for users from another domain can send faxes from outlook to any fax number using the syntax 3477747103@fax.companyname.com

We already have a exchange connector between our exchange servers. When a user on their domain sends an email to that domain name it leaves there exchange server but gets blocked on my end when received. I have ran my receive connector in verbose mode and these are the errors I see on the logs.

Any idea what could be blocking it on my end. Is it that this sub domain is not a trusted domain on my exchange server? Thank you so much

You did add fax.mycompany.com as authoritative to the Accepted domains list in your Org/Hub settings, right?

From what I'm seeing, your server thinks that the remote sender is trying to use your server to send the email/fax to yet another external server, when it should be recognizing that the fax.mycompany.com address is a local domain that it can deliver to. If it knows that it is a local domain, it shouldn't throw a relaying error.
