Exchange 2007; OWA sent email go to Draft folder

When trying to send an email from OWA to an external mail address the email does not send but goes to the Draft folder, If sending from Outlook it works fine.

look in the exchange logs / message tracking to debug this issue. Dod you see something interesting there on it?
