Is it possible on Exchange 2007 to set the REPLY of a mail LISTs (distribution, etc) to auto reply BACK to the list and not the sender? We have an internal mail list for our departmental group...IT claims they cant do it but I swear Ive seen it in earlier versions where when you click REPLY, it sends your reply to the list (mailist@company.com for instance) and not back to the poster. IF we want to reply to the list now, we have to REPLY ALL and that means the poster gets two copies in their inbox....I KNOW there is a way to set it (right?)...but it's been almost a decade since I dealt with an Exchange Server...so I cannot convince the IT gurus in my current employment where it is!
Thanks!

Exchange isn't a list server. Emails sent to a DL go directly to the DL members from the sender - not the DL. Thus, replies go to the original sender.
