Exchange 2003 Won't start PDC unavalible

Hi

Our win2k Domain controller won't boot(Hardware failure), our Exchange 2003 server won't start Exchange, the event log shows:-

Any ideas on how to get exchange to use the BDC? A bit of digging on MS site lead me to changing the Domian Controller entry in the properties of Recipient Update Services, but when I try to browse I cant see our BDC?

Your other DC needs to be a Global Catalogue server.
