exchange 2003 with a server2008

can i setup a 2003 exchange server with a stan server2008, will i have major problems

i have all the lic and cals for the 2003 server/exchange2003 but having lost it in april i had to move to web based whilst i had a total upgrade to server2008

now i thinking of running exchange again on a new box will it work thanks
