I'm trying to set up Exchange server 2003 to add vCards and signatures to all e-mails. How do I do this? Most PCs on the network are using XP Home, 1 is using XP Media edition. Do I need to upgrade all of these to XP Pro to accomplish what I want?

Exchange requires AD and XP home can not join the domain. You will need to set up the PC on XP Pro.

Beyond that you will need to configure a signature that includes the vcard on each workstation. If you wish to do it from the server you wil need to investigate 3rd party solutions.

You can add a generic disclaimer which can act as a generic signature if you word it right, but this is usually not what people are looking for.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
