Hi Every one!

I need to setup and exchange 2003 server for one of our clients. The client location does not have access to high speed internet or a dedicated IP address at this time. How can I configure exchange 2003 to use a dialup account to send and recive e-mails. Any advise or documentation will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

Not going to happen, at least not without a static IP to point your MX record to. They need a high-speed connection with a static IP for best results. Good luck if they won't spend the $$ to provide that for you.
