Hi
Just installed service pack 1 for exchange 2003, and now I cannot access outlook web access. I can access it from the internal network by typing the web address followed by /exchange. However, if I try this from outside the network, I still get presented with the logon prompt, and on entering my credentials, including the domain name, owa starts to load, but prompts me for my credentials again and again (I think about 6 times in all) before telling me that I do not have access to the particular folder (inbox, calendar, contacts etc.).

What has sp1 changed, and how do I recify it?

Please help

Check your network account might be locked. Also make sure of password caching in XP.
Start Settings Control Panel User accounts, Manage Passwords
Remove everything from there.

I'm not sure if the service pack has got anything to do with it all.
