Exchange 2003 - some mail delivered to Deleted Items folder

A few users have had emails automatically delivered to their Deleted Items folder. No rules are set up. Mail is sent and it doesn't show in their Inbox, instead they find it in their Deleted Items folder. Any idea what would cause this?

Call me an old hand but this is always a rule. Check mdbvu32.exe which views rules better than Outlook.

Could also be that they have configured their Junk Mail filter to automatically delete and these are false positives.
