Exchange 2003 setup for CRM install

Our company already has Exchange 2003 Org in place...1 server I think. I need to add another Exchange server to use for the CRM Exchange router component but I am unsure how to configure the exchange server. I don't want it to hold mailboxes or information store etc...just want it for CRM.

Any suggestions.

You could easily install it on the existing exchange server. Other wise you need to put the new server between the existing one and the Internet.
